How V2K Social handles account, content, safety, notification, creator, and platform data.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as username, email, password credentials, profile details, age confirmation, and account settings.
• Content you create or upload, including posts, comments, messages, live streams, images, videos, music, sounds, reports, appeals, and support requests.
• Platform activity such as follows, likes, views, gifts, wallet activity, payout requests, moderation actions, device/browser details, IP address, logs, cookies, and security events.
• Push notification subscription data when you choose to enable notifications.

How We Use Information

• Operate accounts, feeds, live streaming, messaging, music, gifts, wallets, creator tools, notifications, and support.
• Protect the platform from spam, fraud, scams, harassment, exploitation, ban evasion, copyright abuse, and security threats.
• Review reports, appeals, account deletion requests, safety incidents, payout issues, and legal compliance matters.
• Improve performance, reliability, app quality, and user experience.

Live Replays

V2K may record a host's Live audio and video to provide a private replay to that host. Creator replay files are ordinarily retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically recycled unless a separate lawful safety/evidence retention rule applies.

V2K-Owned AI Training and Improvement

Under the current Terms, V2K may process eligible content that you own or control to develop, train, test, evaluate, and improve V2K-owned AI systems such as ODIN. Eligible material can include public posts and comments, authorized images/video/audio/music, public Live audio/video, conversation structure, speech cadence and inflection, general movement, gestures, camera motion, and scene-change information.

The standard AI use described here excludes private messages, passwords and authentication secrets, payment/financial data, and biometric identity templates. Expiration of a 30-day creator replay does not necessarily require deletion of authorized model-training lineage, derived datasets, checkpoints, or generalized learning that was lawfully created from eligible material. V2K maintains source/rights lineage so unsuitable material can be blocked from future training and technically appropriate remediation can be applied.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, V2K stores a device/browser push subscription so we can send alerts such as messages, live activity, reports, appeals, creator updates, and platform notices. You can disable notifications in your browser/device settings or V2K settings.

Creator Economy, Gifts, and Payouts

Wallet, coin, gift, bank, payout, and transaction records may be retained to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with accounting/tax obligations, investigate abuse, and protect creators and the platform.

Safety Records and Moderation

Reports, strikes, bans, appeals, evidence, audit logs, and serious safety records may be preserved for trust and safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, law enforcement requests, child safety, and platform integrity.

Messages and Live Content

Messages and live-related activity may be processed to deliver features, enforce safety rules, investigate reports, maintain service reliability, and protect users. Do not share private information you do not want others to see.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at /account-deletion. Some records may be retained or anonymized when needed for security, fraud prevention, payouts, disputes, safety cases, legal compliance, audit logs, or lawful requests.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers, payment/payout processors, hosting/security providers, legal authorities when required, or when needed to protect users and the platform.
