The rules for using V2K Social, Raven Shield, live streams, music, gifts, and creator tools.

By using V2K Social, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, and Creator & Music Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use V2K Social.

Freedom-First Platform

V2K supports open discussion, strong opinions, humor, politics, religion, and debate. We moderate primarily for legality, safety, privacy, fraud, nudity, bullying, and platform integrity.

Prohibited Conduct

Illegal activity, exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, or credible threats.
Child sexual abuse material or exploitation. Zero tolerance.
Doxxing, stalking, harassment campaigns, or targeted bullying.
Pornography, explicit nudity, revenge porn, or non-consensual sexual content.
Copyright infringement or uploading music/content without rights.
Fraud, scams, impersonation, gift abuse, or payout abuse.

Raven Shield Enforcement

Actions may include warnings, content removal, live restrictions, temporary bans, permanent bans, account termination, evidence preservation, and lawful escalation where required.

Evidence & Safety Records

Serious violations may be preserved for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, chain-of-custody review, and lawful requests.

Updated Terms • September 19, 2026

These updated Terms govern continued use of V2K Social. If you choose Agree, your acceptance is recorded for the current Terms version. If you choose Decline, V2K stops showing the update reminder; browsing and account-management remain available, but publishing new content and starting a new Live require acceptance of the current Terms.

Live Replay Recording

When you host a Live, V2K may record the host broadcast, including video and audio, to provide a private creator replay. The replay is visible only to the host through My Live Replays, may be watched or downloaded by the host, and is ordinarily deleted from the creator replay vault after 30 days. Separate safety/evidence records may follow different lawful retention rules.

V2K-Owned AI Development and Training

For eligible content that you own or control, you grant V2K Social a license to process and use that content—including public posts, comments, authorized images, video, music, sounds, and public Live audio/video—to develop, train, test, evaluate, and improve V2K-owned artificial-intelligence systems such as ODIN. This license includes learning from speech cadence and inflection, conversation structure, movement, gestures, camera motion, scene changes, and other non-biometric media characteristics. It does not transfer ownership of your original content to V2K.

Do not upload or authorize content for which you lack sufficient rights. Private messages, passwords, authentication secrets, payment/financial data, and biometric identity templates are excluded from the standard ODIN training authorization. An ordinary 30-day creator replay may expire while authorized training lineage, derived training data, model checkpoints, and generalized model learning may be retained longer for model development, evaluation, safety, security, and legal compliance. If material is later determined to be unlawful, poisoned, incorrectly licensed, or otherwise unsuitable, V2K may exclude it from future training and use technically appropriate remediation, retraining, or checkpoint controls.

Creator Economy

Coins, gifts, creator earnings, and payouts must not be manipulated, abused, charged back fraudulently, or used for scams.

Appeals

Eligible enforcement actions may be appealed through V2K’s appeals process.
